I stayed at home, reading and practicing calligraphy for the whole day. I gradually found that living in the countryside was also enjoyable. It is unjustified those saying they cannot get used to living in the countryside.

As the Japanese Government was unable to cope with its economic difficulties, its government undertook reform and Yonai Mitsumasa (米內光政)[1] formed a cabinet, but he has no way of improving the situation. The power is still in the hands of the warlords, and they show no sign of restraint. So Yonai Mitsumasa’s cabinet will certainly not stay long.
